There is growing recognition of the importance of life skills in secondary school education for a healthy, thriving community. As the recent Pearson School Report highlighted, 60% of educators felt the current education system did not adequately equip students with the skills needed to thrive.
Today marks the launch of our comprehensive teaching resources for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, which are designed to make food learning for health and well-being practical and accessible. All content is aligned with the PSHE framework to meet curriculum demands and respond to students' desire for a curriculum that helps them in everyday life.
Today, we are inspired by the shared vision of ten local secondary schools joining us at The School of Artisan Food. Together, we aim to increase support for students to make healthy and environmentally friendly food choices, facilitating opportunities for a healthier future.
